This website is owned by Galardi Group Franchise and Leasing, LLC, who is sometimes referred to herein as “we” or “us.” This Privacy Policy discusses the personal information that we obtain from you at www.wienerschnitzel.com, www.schnitzelstage.wpengine.com, and/or other information you provide to us. There is no need to register on our website to participate in the majority of activities. By using our website, you freely consent to the information collection and use practices described herein.

Information We Collect and How We Use It 

Visitors to our website have the option of providing personal information to us when you join the Wiener Lovers’ Club, request information from us and/or submit a comment, purchase merchandise or request franchise information.

If you choose to join the Wiener Lovers’ Club, join a contest, or submit a comment or complaint, or request a voucher, we will request personal information such as your name, email, telephone number, birth date, and zip code in order to provide you with the requested information, and/or promotions.  We may also collect your IP address and geolocation that may be used for promotional campaigns.

Additionally, if you register with our website, we may email or text you with notification of upcoming contests, winnings, services, general news updates, special promotions, newsletters or third party services and products we feel may be of interest to you based upon the preferences you select at the time of registration. You may opt-out at any time as discussed below.

If you purchase merchandise, we will request typical financial information to process the transaction and ship you your merchandise, such as name, address, and account or credit card information. Any financial information we collect is used to bill you for the merchandise you purchased or otherwise process your transaction. If you purchase by credit card, you consent to us providing your financial information to our service providers and such third parties as we determine is necessary to process your transaction, such as credit card companies and banking institutions.

If you are interested in obtaining franchise information, you may sign up to request information through a third party, and/or be requested to submit an application directly to us or through a third-party disclosing personal information such as your name, address, email address, phone numbers, date of birth, driver’s license number, financial status, and other information used to analyze your potential qualifications to obtain a franchise.

We do not sell your information, nor do any of the third parties with whom we work.  We will not disclose personal information we collect from you to third parties without your permission except to the extent necessary including:

  • To fulfill your requests for services related to merchandise purchases, marketing, and franchise submissions
  • To protect the safety or interests of us or other visitors to the website
  • To respond to legal process or comply with law
  • In connection with our sale, merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or liquidation of the company

There may be times we may share information when it does not identify you.

Children Under Thirteen

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.  We recognize the special obligation to protect personally identifiable information obtained from children and request that if you are 16 years old or younger to please not submit any personally identifiable information to us or to our website.

Opt-out

If at any time you decide that you no longer want us to send you information about us or our affiliate’s products and services, you can change the preference you selected at the time of registration. Email messages will also provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of receiving this information. Text Message Program

If you join our text message program, you consent to receive recurring messaging from us. Message and data rates may apply. You can text HELP for more information. You can also text STOP at any time to opt out. No purchase is necessary to participate in the text message program.

California Privacy Rights

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be posted to this page. We encourage you to check it regularly. Your continued use of our website following any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your agreement to such changes.

Our website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We recommend and encourage that you always review such other websites’ privacy policies before you provide any personal information or complete any transaction with such other parties.

Do Not Track

We do not track website visitors over time and across third party websites and therefore do not respond to Do Not Track signals or requests.

European Data Subjects
