- Information We Collect and How We Use It
Visitors to our website have the option of providing personal information to us when you join the Wiener Lovers’ Club, request information from us and/or submit a comment, purchase merchandise or request franchise information.
If you choose to join the Wiener Lovers’ Club, join a contest, or submit a comment or complaint, or request a voucher, we will request personal information such as your name, email, telephone number, birth date, and zip code in order to provide you with the requested information, and/or promotions. We may also collect your IP address and geolocation that may be used for promotional campaigns.
Additionally, if you register with our website, we may email or text you with notification of upcoming contests, winnings, services, general news updates, special promotions, newsletters or third party services and products we feel may be of interest to you based upon the preferences you select at the time of registration. You may opt-out at any time as discussed below.
If you purchase merchandise, we will request typical financial information to process the transaction and ship you your merchandise, such as name, address, and account or credit card information. Any financial information we collect is used to bill you for the merchandise you purchased or otherwise process your transaction. If you purchase by credit card, you consent to us providing your financial information to our service providers and such third parties as we determine is necessary to process your transaction, such as credit card companies and banking institutions.
If you are interested in obtaining franchise information, you may sign up to request information through a third party, and/or be requested to submit an application directly to us or through a third-party disclosing personal information such as your name, address, email address, phone numbers, date of birth, driver’s license number, financial status, and other information used to analyze your potential qualifications to obtain a franchise.
We do not sell your information, nor do any of the third parties with whom we work. We will not disclose personal information we collect from you to third parties without your permission except to the extent necessary including:
- To fulfill your requests for services related to merchandise purchases, marketing, and franchise submissions
- To protect the safety or interests of us or other visitors to the website

- Web Beacons

Under California law, residents of California have the right, to be exercised up to 2 times a in 12-month period, to request that we identify what personal information we have collected about you during the preceding 12 months, the sources and purposes for collecting such information, and how such information has been used and/or shared. You also have the right to request that we delete any information we have maintained about you. Our website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We do not track website visitors over time and across third party websites and therefore do not respond to Do Not Track signals or requests.
- European Data Subjects

We act as a controller of information provided directly to us and as a processor related to franchise information provided through to a third-party.
