Day-long party features classic car show, dance contest, prize drawings and free,
five-meal Wienerschnitzel voucher for the first 100 guests
Wienerschnitzel, the World’s Largest Hot Dog Chain, is pulling out all the stops on June 16. Wienerschnitzel welcomes its first restaurant in the Mojave Desert and 228th in California.
The new location, at 16246 Sierra Hwy off Highway 14 in Mojave, Calif., had a soft-opening in March, but celebrates its grand opening with an all-day party featuring a classic car show, prize wheel and drawing, dance contest and live disc jockey.
Zack Khalife and Iman Mareachly, a husband-and-wife team that has operated Wienerschnitzel restaurants in Lancaster and Palmdale, Calif., since 2009, will offer a voucher good for five free Wienerschnitzel meals for the first 100 guests.

Classic car owners who pre-register for the car show starting at 11 a.m. receive a limited-edition Wienerschnitzel t-shirt. A disc jockey from KGBB-FM, the popular Antelope Valley, Calif., radio station, known as BOB FM 103.9, will entertain guests until 3 p.m.
To register for the car show, contact Gary at (661) 945-5443.
“We’re thrilled to bring Wienerschnitzel’s beloved hot dogs, chili cheese fries and Tastee-Freez ice cream to the good people of Mojave,” said Khalife. “From the minute we arrived, Iman and I knew this would be the perfect spot for locals and the thousands of folks passing through on Interstate 14.”
“The passion that Zack and Iman have for this business is inspiring,” said Ted Milburn. Ted Milburn is the director of franchise development for Wienerschnitzel. “As Wienerschnitzel veterans, they know a winning location and great business opportunity when they see one. The early response from the community has been amazing.”
The new Wienerschnitzel restaurant in Mojave becomes the ninth location in California’s Kern County, joining locations in Bakersfield and Ridgecrest.
