What Does World-Class Support Look Like?
Here is an outline of exactly how we will support you in your business beginning from day one:
Real-estate site selection & construction support:
We help you through the process of securing an ideal restaurant location in your community. We provide tools and resources to help you navigate when selecting a new site. Once you’ve secured your new Wienerschnitzel location, you will transition into our Construction department. Here, we will assist with example store plans, provide you with our construction manual, and assist through your entire new store development process.
Classroom & restaurant training:
Your world-class Owner/ General Manager training includes one week of classroom, and seven weeks operating in a certified Wienerschnitzel training store. In the classroom, we will teach you everything from hiring employees, managing a P&L statement, to marketing your business locally. You will learn how to prepare and serve everything on our menu, how to order and manage your food inventory, how to use our POS system, and much, much more. By the time you successfully complete training certification, you should be fully capable to operate your restaurant with confidence.
Online training:
What good would training be if you couldn’t access it when you needed it? We offer an extensive resource of online training modules using state-of-the-art technology to not only inform you, but also to train your staff.
Ongoing training:
We provide an enormous amount of ongoing resources to help you continue to thrive over the long term. We provide regular site visits, host regular phone conferences, regional meetings, and go on road shows to bring ongoing education close to your market.
Marketing training:
